Enrolments 2026

2026 Enrolment Process

(If you are IN ZONE you can still enrol for 2025 by contacting the school office)

All students that live in our zone receive automatic enrolment.

Online enrolments for ALL in zone and out of zone students open here on 29 July 2025 and close 5 September 2025.

The number of Out of Zone enrolments we are able to accept is determined by the number of in zone enrolments we receive.    If a ballot is required for out of zone student applications in 2026 this will take place on Wednesday 10th September at 12pm, and will be drawn by a Justice of the Peace.

Our ballot is drawn in the following order of priority (this priority order is set by the Ministry of Education):

  1. First priority must be given to any applicant who is accepted for enrolment in a special programme run by the school

  2. Second priority must be given to any applicant who is the sibling of a current student of the school

  3. Third priority must be given to any student who is the sibling of a former student of the school

  4. Fourth priority must be given to any applicant who is a child of a former student of the school

  5. Fifth priority must be given to any applicant who is either a child of an employee of the board of the school or a child of a member of the board of the school

  6. Sixth priority must be given to all other applicants.

ALL applicants will be notified via email on 11th September of their enrolment outcome.

School Activity Fee

The Board of Trustees has approved a voluntary family donation of $85.00 per child, and in addition, an activity fee of $145.00. In total, $230.00 per child is requested.

The activity fee pays for: the materials children use in specialist technology rooms; IT consumables and resources; and the range of extra curricular learning and cultural programmes that this school provides.

Stationery Packs

The school has negotiated with a major school stationery supplier to purchase student stationery packs. These packs are a $45 cost which will be charged to the student account and will include all stationery items that the students will need to start the school year.

School stationery packs will be distributed to students on the first day of the school year. Prompt payment for these items will be appreciated.
